✨ Customization Accuracy
All personalized items (names, monograms, phrases) are created exactly as entered at checkout. Please double-check spelling, order of initials, and capitalization before placing your order.
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If a mistake is made on our end, we’ll gladly correct, remake, or refund the item.

🎨 Handmade Item Disclaimer
All of our items are handmade with care, which means slight variations in pattern placement, color tone, or size may occur. These are not considered defects — they’re what make each piece unique!

📦 Shipping & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. Once an order is marked “delivered,” we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

🎁 Returns & Order Issues
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items — custom or non-custom.
If there is a mistake with your order on our part, please report it within 5 business days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

👕 Apparel Notes
Shirts are made using professional-grade materials. Please follow care instructions provided to help extend the life of your garment. We are not responsible for damage due to washing or improper care.
